Powerful!

I have read a lot of leadership books, and even listened to a few on CD, and this book is one of the best. Most books tell you if you are a leader, how to become a leader, and so on... This book lays out action items and things you can actually do to lead, motivate people, and communicate more effectively. Leadership is often times a natural skill, however people don't train leaders to lead, they just give them people to manage and hope for the best. If you want to be an influential leader and not just a boss, read this book.

Good Leadership Program

I have just started this program but enjoy the fact that it is broken down into daily reads and action items. I also purchased the workbook that coincides with the book which helps you assess where you are today and where you need to focus. I would recommend this program.

Great book for Leaders

This book really gives a compelling outline of much more efficient ways to be a good boss or leader. I think we all know that happier employees mean happier customers but we don't all know the best ways to keep employees happy while gaining profit. I have already seen positive results by using the lucrative strategies in this book with my employees. Looking forward to future trainings/books from this author.
