I thought this would be cute to do during my ...

I thought this would be cute to do during my Jack and the Beanstalk unit for a modern take on the classic tale. I will NOT be using this book. Not only does EllRay get in a fist fight to solve his problem, but the author refers to other times when EllRay had done the same thing to solve his problems. Not what you want to teach your kids!

In my opinion I loved this book. It was filled with glory and excitement. I liked it because the author told the story from a person who is bullied a lot and has kind of a hard time fitting in with other kid. i would recommend this book.
